FiberScan - the laser

Since 1999 Artsupport has been the market leader for laser technology in the Swiss jewellery and watch industry. Marking lasers have been an integral part of our product range since 2002. Constant further development, our many years of experience and the constant dialogue with our customers have allowed our laser systems to mature into an almost unrivalled product. Now fibre technology has also found its way into our product range. The FiberScan fiber laser is a useful addition to our diode laser Firescan. The fiber laser technology has already established itself as standard with most manufacturers.

FiberScan SQ

Our standard fiber laser system for cost-effective and efficient engraving. Compared to conventional diode laser technology, the Fiberscan SQ is many times faster when it comes to engraving very deep.

However, this standard is not sufficient when it comes to delivering fine, clean engravings in flawless quality. For this reason, a high-end version was developed in addition to the existing standard fiber laser. This allows very fast and deep engraving as well as very fine, filigree and clean engraving. Combining these two characteristics in one device was not possible with the existing standard fiber laser technology. The Fiberscan HQ is therefore the ideal solution to meet highest demands.

Software

Just as important as a well-functioning laser system is the software. The software is the interface between man and machine. The user must be able to respond individually to a wide range of applications - and as intuitively as possible. This is why no compromises have been made with the marking software. The V3 marking software has been specially developed for the applications of our customers in the jewellery and watchmaking industry. The focus here is on rotary marking. The V3 is an open source software, which is constantly updated and developed. The wishes of our customers are always taken into account.

Accessories

The different laser types and power classes can be individually equipped with different laser protection housings and additional accessories. This works almost like buying a new car: First you select a laser type, then a suitable protective housing and finally the appropriate accessories. This modular principle results in a large number of possible system configurations. The system can thus be individually assembled for your application - from a simple manual workstation to a fully automatic 4-axis system. Our customers include the largest jewellery and watch manufacturers in the world. Their expectations of us are correspondingly high. This claim is our constant motivation.

The FiberScan is suitable for all engraving and marking work. It is offered in 5 different power classes: 10W, 20W, 30W, 40W and 50W.
