The Form Cure L V2 achieves strong, resilient parts through the precise combination of heat and 405 nm light, faster and more consistently than ever before. Reduce post-curing time for large Form 4L/4BL prints to as little as 60 seconds, thanks to 5 times higher UV intensity and faster heating than the previous version, while taking up 26% less space despite post-curing parts that are up to 19% larger. Simply select from our validated presets for over 45 Formlabs materials and start post-curing. Advanced users can customise the time and temperature settings to suit their requirements.

Post-curing completes the chemical reaction that begins during printing, increasing the strength, toughness, heat resistance, and creep resistance of the final part. At the same time, it creates a harder, less sticky surface.

For biocompatible materials, post-curing is generally required to meet safety standards mandated by regulatory authorities.
