During wet processing, the workpieces move in a vortex-shaped flow through the working tank. Due to the difference in mass between the workpieces and the plastic abrasives, material is removed and washed out by the water/compound mixture. It saves the laborious and time-consuming manual processing and achieves the same results after only 3 - 4 hours:
Complete removal of emery marks and casting skin
Clean and bright workpiece surfaces
The soft bonding of the abrasive particles prevents the surface from hardening and the formation of an orange peel.
